Return Eligibility
We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
The flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or in poor condition
You received the wrong product (e.g. different bouquet or add-ons)
The product was not delivered at all
To be eligible, please:
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
Provide clear photos of the issue
Ensure the product has not been used or rearranged
What Can’t Be Returned
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Delay due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address
Minor substitutions in flower type or color due to seasonal availability
What Happens Next?
Once we verify the issue, we will:
Offer a replacement bouquet at no extra charge, OR
Provide a partial/full refund, OR
Issue store credit for a future order (based on your preference)

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once the return is received and approved.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our mistake.
We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone with your order details.
Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a full refund, as flowers are perishable and arrangements may have already been prepared.
Once an order is in the process of delivery or has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
