Return Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or in poor condition

  • You received the wrong product (e.g. different bouquet or add-ons)

  • The product was not delivered at all

To be eligible, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Ensure the product has not been used or rearranged


What Can’t Be Returned

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delay due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address

  • Minor substitutions in flower type or color due to seasonal availability


What Happens Next?

Once we verify the issue, we will:

  • Offer a replacement bouquet at no extra charge, OR

  • Provide a partial/full refund, OR

  • Issue store credit for a future order (based on your preference)


How to Request a Return

Please email us at delightfulgifts@outlook.com or WhatsApp us at 011-5790 5004 with:

  1. Your Order ID

  2. Clear photos of the product

  3. A short description of the issue

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once the return is received and approved.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our mistake.

  • We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.

  •  Our support team will respond within 1 business day.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone with your order details.

  • Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a full refund, as flowers are perishable and arrangements may have already been prepared.

  • Once an order is in the process of delivery or has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
